What you agree to when you opt in to text messages from a dealership that uses Axle, and how to stop them.
The program
By opting in on a dealership form powered by Axle, you agree to receive text messages from that dealership about your inquiry, your payment estimate, and, if you ticked the marketing box, offers and news. Messages may be sent with automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after it. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@cloudberryai.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
Your number and your opt-in are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how your number is handled.
Who sends the messages
The dealership whose form you filled in is the sender. Axle, a product of Cloudberry AI, is the software they send through.
