Buy Signal
What to buy next, from the market you can actually reach.
Buy Signal reads the live listings inside a drive of your rooftop and scores every segment against three dials. A segment lights up only when it clears all three at once, and the cars inside it are ranked by how far under their like-for-like peers they are priced.

Buying on instinct fills the lot with the wrong cars.
Most stock decisions start from what sold last month or what the auction has today. Neither tells you whether the segment still turns in your market, whether its prices are falling, or how many rival lots already carry the same car. A buy that looked cheap becomes a 90-day unit because three competitors had the same idea.
Buy Signal answers the stocking question from the market itself. It shows which segments turn, which are holding value and which are already crowded, and only recommends a car when all three agree.
Buy Signal: what it gives your team.
Three dials, one intersection
Speed (days to sell), trend (90-day price movement) and saturation (rival cars in the zone). Move any dial and every view re-scores at once.
Scenario presets
Balanced, Fast turn, Bid hard and Too tight set the dials to a house rule in one click, so the team starts from the same standard.
Deal economics built in
Enter your recon per car and the gross you want, and every car’s max bid is worked out from its retail comparison.
A ranked buy list
Live cars in segments that clear every dial, ranked by the gap to the same car elsewhere, with recon, gross, cash-on-cash and expected turn.
A real region map
One bubble per rooftop cluster shows how many listed cars clear your dials, so you can see where the buyable stock is.
Rooftops to call
The lots holding the cheapest cars behind your list, so the next step is a phone call, not another search.
From question to next step.

Set the house rules for stocking once and see every buy measured against them.
General managers
Balance the lot toward segments that turn instead of segments that are familiar.
Buy Signal: common questions.
Market data is compiled from public listings and third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Prices, scores and recommendations are informational, not an appraisal or valuation. Verify before you buy, price or sell.
What does “clears all three dials” mean?
A segment qualifies only when it sells fast enough, its prices are not falling faster than your limit, and the zone is not already crowded with rival cars.
Are the speed and trend figures exact?
They are modelled where the feed has no sold dates, and the page says so on each dial. Saturation is measured live.
How is the max bid worked out?
From what other lots ask for the same car nearby, less your recon and the gross you want. You set both figures.
Can I use it outside my own market?
Yes. Widen the radius or pick a city to score a different market.
