Used car pricing software
Price every car the same way, every week.
AXLE turns used-car pricing into a review your whole team can repeat: the car, its comparable listings, its cost to hold and where it sits in the local market, on one screen and in the same order every time.

Why pricing reviews drift
Pricing a used car is a judgement, and judgements drift when the evidence behind them changes from person to person. One manager searches within 25 miles, another within 100; one counts any trim, another only the exact one. The result is a lot priced by whoever looked last.
The cost side drifts too. A car that has sat for 90 days has cost the store real money in floor-plan interest and carrying, and that cost rarely appears next to the price when the decision is made.
Pricing software is useful when it makes the review consistent: the same comparison rules, the same cost figures and a clear record of why the price is what it is.
How AXLE handles it.
- 01
Start from the stock list
Sort Inventory by market delta or days on lot to find the cars that need a decision first.
- 02
Open the comparison
Comps shows the like-for-like listings nearby, your rank in the set and the gap to the median.
- 03
Add the cost of waiting
Holding cost to date and the 30, 60 and 90-day projection show what another month on the lot costs.
- 04
Set the price and note why
Reprice in place. A large or unusual change asks for confirmation, so a typo never becomes a listed price.
What your team gets.
One method for the whole team
Everyone reviews price from the same comparison rules and the same cost figures.
Fewer surprises
Cars priced above every comparable car nearby are visible before they age.
Decisions you can explain
The comps behind a price are on the page, for a colleague or a buyer.
Features this uses
Does AXLE set prices automatically?
No. AXLE gives you the comparison, the cost and the market context; the price is your decision.
Is this a book value?
No. AXLE shows observed asking prices from public listings, not a valuation guide or appraisal.
How often should we review prices?
Most stores review weekly. AXLE’s market data is refreshed through the day, so a review can happen whenever you need it.
