Dealer dashboard

Your whole store, before the first coffee.

The AXLE dashboard opens on what matters today: how many cars you hold and how old they are, how your asking compares with local comps, your open pipeline, what the market sold recently, and a short list of the jobs that cost money soonest.

AXLE / Command
AXLE dashboard: cars on lot, average age, open pipeline, market sales, lot age and what needs attention today
Why it matters

The morning check should take minutes, not reports.

Most owners and managers start the day by assembling numbers: what is on the lot, what is ageing, which leads are waiting, what the market is doing. Each figure lives in a different system, so the picture is incomplete by the time it is put together.

The dashboard gathers them on one screen and puts the jobs in order: the leads waiting for a reply and the cars past their age limit come first, because they cost money soonest.

What it does

Dealer dashboard: what it gives your team.

  • The lot in five numbers

Cars on lot, average age, asking against local comps, open pipeline and market sales over 30 days.

  • Needs attention today

New leads waiting for a reply and cars past 90 days, ordered by what costs you money soonest.

  • Lot age

Your cars in 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day buckets, with the stock value in each.

  • Market sales

Listings the feed marked sold in your area over recent months, where the feed records sales.

  • Leaderboard

The rooftops near you by cars sold, where sales are recorded.

  • Pipeline and top picks

Your open deals from the CRM and the strongest buys from Buy Signal.

Questions

Dealer dashboard: common questions.

Market data is compiled from public listings and third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Prices, scores and recommendations are informational, not an appraisal or valuation. Verify before you buy, price or sell.

Can I change the period?

Yes. Switch between 30, 60 and 90 days.

Why is “market sales” zero?

Sales appear only where the listing feed records sold cars. Where it does not, the dashboard says so rather than estimating.

Does everyone see the same dashboard?

Yes. Everyone at your rooftop sees the same figures.

Where do the tiles lead?

Each tile opens the page behind it, such as Inventory, Leads or Buy Signal.
